I graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover, Germany, in 2011. After graduation I completed a 14 months rotating internship at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, followed by a two year doctorate on hereditary eye diseases in dachshunds and working in small animal practice. In 2015 I started my ECVO residency at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC). I have successfully completed my residency training program and an intercalated Master of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2018. Currently I am employed as a staff clinician at the RVC and preparing for my board exams. In my free time I enjoy rock climbing, hiking, yoga or reading a tantalizing book.
