Following graduation from the University of Leipzig in April 2015, I worked in the Equine Ophthalmology Service at the Equine Clinic Munich-Riem, Germany under the supervision of Dr. Richard McMullen. After completing a large animal rotating internship at the University of Auburn, AL, USA, I was able to start a specialty internship at the ophthalmology department at Auburn University in 2018. My residency at the Animal Hospital Hofheim GbR started in 2019 under the supervision of Dr. Barbara Braus. In my spare time I enjoy horse riding and spending time in the mountains hiking or skiing with friends and family.
