I graduated from National Veterinary School of Lyon in 1999 and obtained my DEDV after completion of an experimental thesis in 2002. I undertook a rotational internship in 2000, and a MSc in Experimental and Clinical Microsurgery in 2002. Having a strong interest in microsurgery and ophthalmology, I completed a Certificate in Veterinary Ophthalmology in Toulouse in 2003. I worked for several years in a referral practice in France, and then at North Carolina State University, USA, as a Research Fellow in the Neurology department. My family and I then moved to the UK, and I have been working at Bristol University as a Teaching Fellow in Veterinary Ophthalmology since 2013. Passionate about teaching, I completed a Fellowship of Higher Education Academy in 2017. In January 2018, I started an ECVO alternate residency program at Bristol University under the supervision of Claudia Hartley and David Donaldson, … and with the support of my fantastic family!
