Event Description: The goal of this symposium is to share, with a small group of dedicated clinicians and scientists, current clinical and basic research on equine ophthalmology. Abstract
and case presentations, keynote speakers, along with social events, will facilitate the development of multi-centered collaborative research.
The 2013 ISVO Congress in Aukland, New Zealand, March 9th and 10th:
The next biennial meeting of the ISVO will take place in Auckland, New Zealand, immediately following the ophthalmology program at the WSAVA Congress March 6, 7, 8 and 9, 2013 at the Sky City Convention Centre in downtown Auckland – the ‘City of Sails’. The ISVO Weekend Program Animal Eyes down under will be staged at Rydges Auckland Hotel, one of numerous WSAVA Congress venues just one block from Sky City, on Saturday 9th March and Sunday 10th March, culminating in the Magrane Memorial Lecture and the ISVO Biennial Business Meeting. The Russian Society of veterinary ophthalmology (RSVO) will be holding an ophthalmology meeting in the beautiful
city of StPetersburg on the 2nd and 3rd of February 2013. Nils Hakansson DipECVO will be discussing a variety of topics in the specialty during this two day event including the foundation of veterinary ophthalmology, examination techniques and normal variations of the lens and fundus.
