Re-evaluation
All active ECVO Diplomates must be reassessed by the Re-evaluation Committee once every five years (in accordance with the Constitution, article 4, section 6 and Bylaw 4.8). The assessment is performed by a 100 credit point system.
It is the responsibility of each Diplomate to complete the re-evaluation form (.zip File 87.22 kb) and submit by the 30th September of the required year.
Please check your name on the list below to find out when you were last re-evaluated (‘Last R/E’) and when your next re-evaluation is due (‘Next R/E’).

2007 and 2008 Diplomates
All 2007 and 2008 Diplomates should receive a reminder by email in May/June 2012 that their re-evaluation is required in 2012.
The re-evaluation process must be completed by 2012 for the class of 2007, and by 2013 for the class of 2008. The request for two different years in 2012 reflects the fact that the ECVO examination has in the past occurred at different times of year.
The deadline for 2007 and 2008 Diplomates is 30th September 2012.
Please note that some Diplomates have encountered problems with the re-evaluation form. So, please see tips below on how to complete the form:
- Please do not complete the first page of the form.
- Please only use the tabs on the lower end of the form, and fill in for publications etc.
